Take 6 g per day, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin. Copper contributes to normal pigmentation of the hair and skin. Vitamin A, zinc, and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal nails. Vitamins C and E, copper, manganese, and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Due to the lack of studies confirming safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding, this supplement should not be used in these situations unless advised by a doctor.
