How to use
Dissolve one measure (25 ml) in 1.5 litres of water and drink throughout the day.

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) and Vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Thiamine and Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Thiamine and Vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Birch promotes the function of the intestines, kidneys, and liver, supporting digestion and the body’s detoxification processes. Warnings: Do not consume if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children under 18 years of age. Do not consume on an empty stomach.
